Making diving your business - Odyssey Franchising and DiveProAssist

Odyssey Franchises

Odyssey is now looking for people wish to make a business out of diving. 

Odyssey has a number of Odyssey Franchises, available for people who want to build a business in diving, either as an instructor or divemaster or even just as a diver, whilst relying on the back up and support of the Odyssey brand.

The Odyssey Franchise programme allows you to make the most of your diving, from supplementing your income, through to running your own dive centre!  No experience of business is needed to start.  The programmes are tailored to your requirements, through a simple modular plan and the opportunities are endless.

​DiveProAssist

Do you already work as a freelance diving instructor or divemaster?  Do you own a dive centre?  Do you volunteer as an instructor or DM?

DiveProAssist is a whole new programme for instructors and divemasters or anyone that owns a dive centre or works in one.  

The recreational diving industry is now a mine-field of regulation and legal requirements and the DiveProAssist programme takes you through it, step by step.

Its a modular programme dealing with everything from the Diving at Work Regulations and the Approved Code of Practice, though to the civil legal issues that surround  the training and supervision of divers. 

The course covers the documents that must be in place and what to do in the event of an accident, how to liaise with the HSE Inspector and your insurer, through to the taking of legal advice.

Every course module goes into detail on the relevant aspects of the legal and regulatory issues of diving.

The modules are largely elective and you can pick and chose those that suit your business.

The DiveProAssist programme works well with the Odyssey Franchise programme and those interested in either DiveProAssist or the Odyssey Franchise programme should email or call us.
